5 Jahre Pentagonik
Pentagonik begeht seinen Fünfjährigen. Welcher runde Geburtstag wäre wohl besser geeignet, um dieses Jubiläum mit einer angemessenen Sause zu feiern. Erstmals in Aktion trat Pentagonik im Frühjahr 2005 mit einer legendären Party in der ehemaligen Moschee am Kotti. Fünf Jahre später konnte sich Pentagonik sowohl als Partyveranstalter als auch als Label einen Namen machen. Besonders die beiden Partyreihen im Watergate und im Arenaclub sind hier hervorzuheben. Die kompromislose Releasepolitik des Netlabels wird seit 2008 durch das Pentagonik Digital Label komplettiert auf dem bereits sieben Releases erschienen sind. u.a mit Tigerskin, AKA AKA, Ludwig Coenen und Demir & Seymen.
Zum Geburtstag feiert Pentagonik mit seinen Freunden und Weggefährten auf beiden Floors im Arenaclub.

New E&T Release Out Now
Enzo & Topper did it again! They are back on Pentagonik with their Cicatrix EP. Four dark and edgy tracks in their quite distinctive style. Irritating reverberated stabs, heavy quaking bass lines and unidentifiable cutting noise fx combined with dry grooves between minimal and electro. ET stay true to their name.

Pentagonik Digital 006 out now
We’re happy to announce AKA AKA’s first release on Pentagonik with their ‘Dampfloch’ EP, including a remix by Tic Tac Toe’s label head Patrick Bateman.
Known for their dry and funky minimal tracks, they stay true to their style while taking things a bit further. ‘Ratman and Bobin’ is a first class ride: A repetitive bass pattern builds the tracks heavy bouncing foundation. Rattling percussions and a bunch of funky samples is all they need to wind up the minimal ride. With ‘Alfred’ Aka Aka show their mellow side with this housy, almost classically sweet meditation with a sound that seems to come straight from the summer of 89. Patrick Bateman absorbs this athmosphere for his remix and gives it a little push for the dancefloor!

Demir & Seymen on Highgrade
We have a couple of important things to say about Demir & Seymen:
A: They make really great music.
B: They are one of the founders of the Netlabel Pentagonik
and C: They have finally come back with their next release on Highgrade.
“Backshaker” is the 22nd release on Highgrade Digital. The title track is a relaxed and skillful house production. Steady, rolling, groovy, meditative and fresh. Just the way we like it. “Valentine” gets you nodding along to the high hat rhythm and your head shaking to the beat. This is no negative symbol, just a natural reaction to an infectious groove. As a bonus there is also a remix from Istanbul producer Ahmet Sendil, in the renowned style of the Bosporus. Superb!
